If you are an existing customer, you can send your files to us by FTP (file-transfer protocol). FTP allows you to send your file(s) to us electronically and instantly.
If you are not familiar with FTP, we recommend you use a free FTP utility called SmartFTP. You can download it here.
Instructions:
You must first create a new account with us. Once you have done this, we will send you an email with a confirmation within 24 hours, usually much quicker.
Login to our FTP server using the username and password you created. The FTP server address will be in the email confirmation you received from us.
Upload the file(s) to your directory.
